Went down the memory lane thanks to the Celsius restaurant Indian Barbecue Night. Located inside Nassima Royal Hotel - the restaurant is an abode for some Dubai's most delicious cuisines , one in particularly being the their delicious Indian cuisine. Indian food is different from rest of the world not only in taste but also in cooking methods. It reflects a perfect blend of various cultures and ages. Just like Indian culture, food in India has also been influenced by various civilizations, which have contributed their share in its overall development and the present form. And the restaurant managed to capture the essence in their own beautiful way. 

The restaurant managed to capture the Indian theme perfectly with their well lit and beautiful ambiance filled with the aroma of Indian barbecue and beautiful Indian sculptures around the seating area. 
The food was delicious and my favorites were the dahi vada, dal , aloo gobhi and all their desserts. 
Celsius managed to deliver the complete package expected from an Indian themed night.
