GOING CHINESE AT BLUE SAPPHIRE RESTAURANT

Recently my friend Ghurair and I had the chance to try out this amazing Chinese place located in JLT. Just realized I sounded so retro, LOL. But honestly this place was absolutely amazing and definitely worth the visit.
Blue Sapphire, an innovative Chinese food restaurant concept that executes them through a renewed approach where Chinese cuisine becomes an unadulterated version of its bright, fresh and flavorful self. The menu revolves around authentic recipes and preparations which make up the underlining culture of the Blue Sapphire experience. From small plates and entrées, to rice and noodle dishes, its core ingredients utilize organic chicken, eggs, and organic vegetables.
I absolutely fancied the sichuan fried rice and manchurian while Ghurair found love in their delicious soups. However I found the soups lacking intensity but the flavor remained intact. Their lemon juice was definitely refreshing and their fried spinach was an absolute star. I highly recommend this cuisine during lunch hours and prefer the outdoor seating during this climate to enjoy the view and food as a whole.
