I got the opportunity to finally try one of the season's most awaited Indian restaurant. Everyone is already aware of Tresind and its popularity in the fine dining industry.  Carnival By Tresind goes a step further by giving their customers the original feeling of a carnival or a masquerade party. 

Catering to the myriad of cultures that flaunt the bustling corporate hub of DIFC, Carnival by Tresind is a celebration of Indian food, where Indian food comes of age to shed its erstwhile glamorous modern avatar and take leaps ahead to enter the post modern era. Dining at Carnival is a gastronomic fiesta that pushes the boundaries of fine dining to transcend into a nostalgic culinary experience which revokes childhood memories and takes you back to your days of yore.

The minute you enter you are captivated by the quirky interiors, the bubbles , the masks and the dim carnival lights. Sets the mood instantly and leaves you in awe. Definitely not cliche and that is what sets it a mile apart from most fine dining restaurants.

The food was beyond amazing. All the cuisines were a work of art. Every dish in the menu will evoke a memory of whatever you have tasted, learnt, or witnessed over the years - all captured in their truest gastronomic essence and presented on your plate" True to every word I loved all their cuisines , my favorites being the Ice cream and Vada Pav. 

The experience was amazing and I loved every minute of it.
