Deliveroo App Review

Hi life- lovers 

I am back with another review but this time it's a mixture of technology and food- two of my favorite things . 

I am going to review the newly launched app in Dubai - Deliveroo app 

Having been present in the country for over four months now , they shot to fame in the public eye after the taste of Dubai food festival . 

What is deliveroo ? 

A company focused on marketing, selling and delivering restaurant meals to the household or office. Launched initially in London in 2013 it has made its way to the Middle East . 

Deliveroo is a British online food delivery company that has operations in the UK, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Belgium, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Dubai, Australia, Singapore & Hong Kong.

How does it work ? 

Orders are placed through the Deliveroo website or app and the deliveroo team transport orders from restaurants to customers.

How the app works ? 

Users start by downloading the app and setting up an account. You'll be asked to enter your name, email address and phone number. A payment method will also need to be added before any food can be ordered.

This homepage of the Deliveroo mobile app gives an overview of what Deliveroo aims to do.

Deliveroo uses your GPS location to determine which restaurants are nearby.

The app provides a few details about the restaurant you're ordering from, as well as the menu and prices.

You can specify the allergies if any . They have a fixed amount of 7dhs for a delivery . 

Verdict ! 

I really enjoyed using the app . I delivered food from Barbeque Delights Downtown and sure did love the cuisine. The delivery was made within 30 mins and the food was still piping hot when I received it . A definite yes from my side .
