Clinton St. Baking Company - Restaurant Review

Hope you are all looking forward to a fun weekend . Last weekend I had the pleasure of trying the menu at Clinton St Bakery in Downtown Dubai . Thank you so much Clinton for having me over for the review 

About Clinton St Bakery 

When chef-husband & wife, Neil Kleinberg and DeDe Lahman, opened Clinton Street Baking Company in New York City, their only mission was to make the best baked goods in the city, hand-mixed in small batches. But soon the local and international recognition stumbled in, and murmurs of Neil’s simple yet delicious omelets, sandwiches and soups moved people to cluster — then crowd — the block. New York Magazine voted Neil’s blueberry pancakes best in the city (twice!).

Fast forward to today, the culinary splendor has made its way across the Atlantic to our very own city, Dubai.  

What I tried 

I tried the following dishes 

- Spanish Scramble 

- Crab cake Benedict 

- veggie sandwich 

- Salted Caramel drink 

- Bloody Mary drink 

- Blueberry scone 

- German Chocolate cake 

Review 

First and Foremost, shout out to the ambiance of this restaurant. Located at Downtown Dubai there is no place I would rather be for a cup of coffee and scrambled eggs with the view of the Burj Khalifa . 

The waiters were so friendly and there to every beck and call . I really enjoyed how friendly they were . And did you know they have free wifi ! 

I began my lunch with the Spanish egg scramble . The quantity is plenty for the price and the taste is amazing . It's been a long time since I had eggs and I was more than happy to finally eat a good scramble . 

I tried the Bloody Mary and I instantly fell in love . The taste really stayed in my mouth even hours after I had it . 

I am not a caramel fan but I had to try it because the name - salted caramel really got into my head. And true to the description it was amazing . 

This was the first time I tried scones and I loved the softness inside and the crunchy outside . A must try 

As the big finale I tried their signature German chocolate cake for dessert . Love at first bite. I highly recommend it . Do not forget to try their food out when you are in downtown next time
