So in addition to keeping track of my new year resolution about being healthy .... I have taken the initiative to drink healthy too. Once again an organization reached out to help me by surprising me with this box of happiness

It was extremely sweet of them to send me this . It's a box of powdered blueberry powder made from the blueberries in Finland . 

Bilberry Berryfect powder adds colors, nutrients , extra tangy taste to your food . It is good in smoothies , porridge , yoghurt , dressings , tea , dips and baking . It contains high levels of polyphenol and antioxidants . There are 66mg per portion and very healthy . 

I made a smoothie and I love how it turned out !
