MAC cosmetics TOLEDO LIMITED EDITION REVIEW

Hello MAC-lovers!!
I am pretty sure you heard about the spring special edition of MAC cosmetics - THE TOLEDO EDITION!!!
That right! MAC released the Isabel and Rubin Toledo inspired Toledo collection to bring about the perfect blend between design and color

You can imagine how crazy I went when the stocks came up in MAC showroom.
So the TOLEDO collection consists of the following:

  • 3 "Eye Shadow x 6" pallete
  • 3 Blush Ombres
  • 3 Nail Lacquers
  • 6 Lipsticks (Matte)
  • 6 Lipglosses
  • 4 mascaras
  • 1 Makeup Pouch
  • 1 Makeup Brush
  • 3 Eye Pencils
Interesting right?

So I am going to cover my favorites here starting with

LIPSTICK

  • Oxblood - nude with an apricot/peach undertone
  • Barbecue - tangerine red
  • Tenor Voice - true red
  • Victoriana - cherry-pink red
  • Opera - deep blue-red
  • Sin - dark blackened plum
I didnt like Sin quite as much because of the way it dragged my lips but I sure loved Barbecue. The rest are smooth and creamy

EYE PENCIL AND MASCARA

I have to say I was impressed when I tried the Modern Twist Lash formula and there are 4 shades available with the collection. Black, purple, a deep peacocky blue-green which is quite subtle, and a lime. Colours are pretty amazing

Last but not the least....

BLUSH OMBRES

The collection also features three Blush Ombre  compacts,  of which I loved  the shade Kindergarten Red. These blushes are insanely popular. It’s great as a blush, I actually do love the color. I think a lot of people adore the gorgeous gradiating color. After a few uses, the enter blush seems to just become one shade

I hope you guys loved my review!!

much love !!
