Myst Spa Review

Hello life lovers!

I am not a stranger to spa treatment. As a matter of fact I take a spa appointment atleast once in a month. But this was my first Hamam bath experience and I got it done at Myst Spa inside Canva Hotel.

Traditional Turkish baths are a hot and steamy affair that involves an intense full-body exfoliation and foam bath while you lay practically naked on a heated slab of marble. Depending on the strength of your therapist, it can be a gruff experience that leaves you feeling raw.

Luckily my masseuse was very talented and she did an absolute good job of with me. I came out of the bath feeling relaxed and cleaner than ever. 

I was then taken to the lounge area where I had a hot steaming cup of ginger and honey tea. 

The overall experience was definitely beyond my expectations. At a price of about 550 - 750 AED for a couple hamam bath .... this place is a must try
